INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :




1)RICE -1CUP 

2) 1/4 MUNG DAL (Petite yellow lentils)

3)1.5 CUP JAGGERY
4)1/2 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER

TIPS:
SOAK THE RICE IN WATER FOR 1 HOUR LET THEM  STRAIN AND DRY FOR FEW MINUTES 

STEP 1:TAKE A BOWEL ADD DRIED RICE AND MUNG DAL AND LET THEM FRY OR ROAST TILL THEY BECOME BROWN

STEP 2:GRIND TO THE FINE POWDER
 
STEP 3: TAKE ANOTHER BOWEL ADD JAGGERY AND SOME WATER TILL IT DISSOLVE COMPLETELY AND STRAIN 

STEP 4:IN A BOWEL ADD THE JAGGERY LIQUID AND 1 CUP OF WATER TO IT 

STEP 5:NOW ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND LET IT BOIL FOR FEW MINUTES

STEP 6: NOW ADD ROASTED RICE POWDER SAUTE AND COOK WELL ON LOW FLAME
COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME FOR 5-6 MINUTES
STEP 7: ADD SOME GHEE CASHEWS AND ALMONDS IN THE RECIPE AND  AGAIN COOK FOR 5-6 MIN ON LOW FLAME
